Right now we are looking for a new Business Development Manager or Director for our Helsinki office to acquire new clients in the European market.

Requirements:

You have proven and successful sales experience of online services. You are an independent and proactive executor with goal oriented and organized working style. You have strong drive to acquire new clients as well as patience to develop long term relationships. You are fluent in Finnish and/or English; skills in other languages are seen as a benefit.

Your key responsibilities at Leiki:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proactively identify new prospects and acquire new clients in your designated market.
  • Execute direct sales campaigns such as cold calling and email marketing.
  • Create convincing sales proposals.
  • Conduct professional and informative sales presentations online or onsite.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure successful and long term accounts.
  • Work closely with other Leiki teams to ensure the day-to-day needs of your clients are met.
  • Provide market intelligence to identify product improvement areas.
  • Gather competitive intelligence.
  • Participate at marketing and promotional efforts such as attending industry conferences and seminars.
