PictureICNC works with entrepreneurs and existing businesses to help them develop and expand their businesses and improve their bottom line. Assistance is provided in the areas of business planning, debt and equity financing, industrial retention, expansion and relocation, placement and training and business and financial management. ICNC also assists companies in accessing a broad range of grants and incentive programs.

The Illinois Small Business Development Center at ICNC strengthens both start-up and existing businesses by providing valuable assistance focused on a company’s specific needs. ICNC is an officially designated Illinois Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and its business assistance programs are offered in partnership with the SBA and the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity.

Drawing on in-house expertise, government and academic resources, and the commitment of many business service providers in the private sector, the SBDC is the preferred source for small business support in the state. For further assistance, call 312-421-3941.
